I agree with eppic if you get the free limewire. It only costs a bit to get the pro version. Works well with me and I’m fully protected. Watch carefully for the garbage though. Perhaps Eppic you may know of another progam better.
I wouldnt use P2P programs anymore at all! Almost every network is flooded by viruses and fakes (guess be who – the music industry) and its pretty easy to find out your IP – even if it says its “protected”. BitTorrent is OK, as long as you go through a VPN network which can cost 100 bucks a year and up. The safest way these days is to use one-click-hoster like Rapidshare…
But an even safer, better and easyer way is to go out and pay for the shit you want (especially if its stuff you like and/or very frequently use)!
Sometimes though you can’t find a particular song you’re looking for other than on P2P like limewire.
ya ok i agree limewire sucks for viruses…and sometimes u don’t get wat u want…. but i never got a virus from it before. anyways, it’s the easiest fastest way to get what u want. i don’t like the ones where both ur computer and the one u are uploading from have to be turned on. i tried shit like that… bear something and it was so frustrating. but yes it’s true if u want a pure copy of it that is good to use. i usually use youtube these days
and then u can find out if u like it…and if u like the artist enough you can buy the damn cd as eppic said

yay i’m getting a within temptations cd this xmas. haha… i was in hmv with my cousin and was surprised to see their cd’s in the store cuz i’ve never seen it before…so i got to choose the one, and i’m getting the one with ‘angels’ on it. i love that song and running up that hill. i know that song is a retake of someone else, but on the 4 or 5 cds that was in the store i didn’t see it on any of them. i like memories also, it’s a pretty song

i do note with limewire that i sometimes download something and THEN it tells me the d/load wasn’t effective cus it is designed to harm my comp.
BUT they do seem to protect you – or try to.
about the need to keep this site ayden oriented, – isn’t she the reason computers were invented.
she, or should i say YOU AYDEN are one incredible grrl. to a Ayden, can i ask where you’re going with this site? at the end of the day do you want to earn your living off it?
